In this 2-hour workshop, we will attend to this “shrink wrap” using gentle movement and bolsters, blankets, blocks and other props to support the body as it unwinds into deep & luxurious relaxation.

Lynn’s slow flow yoga class, Mondays at 4pm-5pm

This gentle class flows from one pose to the next with plenty of time and space to adjust and modify to accommodate clients of all experience and ability levels.

We invite you to discover a different yoga practice.  One with a true expert in the field, an E-RYT 500 offering over 15 years of experience, a masters degree in Oriental Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a physical therapist who specializes in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, gait training, and stability.

Improve both your mobility and stability while un-winding midday stress. Mobilize through mindful breathing and fascial stretching, and improve stability through learning how to activate core stabilizers of the spine, pelvis and even your feet! All levels and stages (including prenatal and postnatal) are welcome.

Nicole’s small-group yoga classes, Sundays 4:30-5:30

End your weekend with self-care and invite a sense of calm and wellbeing into the new week ahead. The class will combine yoga poses, breathing exercises, and meditation set to rhythmic music. All levels welcome.
Classes are tailored according to students in attendance and modifications and props will be offered.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.
