I really liked the mention of the Hodges and Richardson study. I had known of this information before but I didn&#039;t know where it came from. I also didn&#039;t really know that movement patterns could become so dysfunctional that the TrA wouldn&#039;t fire first. I always knew to focus on the TrA but never that it could be firing out of sequence. It&#039;s something I&#039;ll keep in the front of my mind when working with clients who have chronic low back pain.
