Restorative Yoga Workshop: Deep Delicious Rest.

In this 2-hour workshop, we will attend to this “shrink wrap” using gentle movement and bolsters, blankets, blocks and other props to support the body as it unwinds into deep & luxurious relaxation.  Register now.

We invite you to discover a different yoga practice.  One with a true expert in the field, an E-RYT 500 offering over 15 years of experience, a masters degree in Oriental Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist, and a physical therapist who specializes in women’s health, pelvic floor therapy, gait training, and stability.

Michele’s small-group yoga classes are held every Monday from 12:30-1:30pmBook online.  Improve both your mobility and stability while un-winding midday stress. Mobilize through mindful breathing and fascial stretching, and improve stability through learning how to activate core stabilizers of the spine, pelvis and even your feet!

Classes are tailored according to students in attendance and modifications and props will be offered.  Please bring a yoga mat to class.  All levels and stages (including prenatal and postnatal) are welcome.
