Benjamin Pate, a licensed massage therapist in DC, has dedicated his life work to the study of human sciences and manual therapy relating to the mind and body. Benjamin's reciprocal approach ensures that his clients needs are at the center of every treatment. Due to his extensive studies and experience, a session with Benjamin may include Craniosacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Muscle Energy Technique, Myofascial Approach, Zero Balancing, among other manual therapies. Benjamin has worked with a wide variety of clients including but not limited to children with autism, people with orthopedic and neurological conditions as well as post trauma. Benjamin makes time to work closely with Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, Osteopathic Physicians, Physical Therapists as well as other Massage Therapists to ensure the best care of his clients.

Lynn Evertz - Registered Nurse & Massage Therapist

Lynn practiced massage therapy for 24 years in Wyoming before relocating to Washington DC to be closer to her family. In Wyoming she owned a successful massage clinic, Therapeutic Healing Center, where medical doctors referred her patients with multiple therapeutic needs.

Lynn studied massage therapy at the National Holistic Institute in Oakland, CA., Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage and has over 500 hours of continued massage education. She is skilled in a variety of massage techniques; Swedish massage, deep tissue techniques, sports massage, craniosacral therapy, hot stones, pre-natal and infant massage. Lynn provides individualized treatment for athletes, adults with injuries, infants, and aging adults.

Lynn believes, “We are all unique in mind, body and spirit, each with an individual experiences to life's challenges.” As a registered nurse and massage therapist, Lynn provides a tailored effective therapy to address the specific life experience of each individual.

Tony Jackson, CMT

Tony has been practicing massage therapy for over 16 years. He was certified at the Potomac Massage Training Institute and later returned to teach anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, as well as practical massage techniques. He is an expert in reflexology, Swedish, deep tissue sports massage, myofacial massage and is especially well known for Thai massage. He has gained a well rounded experience working at spas, wellness centers, fitness centers, and chiropractic offices over the years. Tony uses massage therapy to create peace to the mind, health to the body and freedom and joy to the soul.
